- Betting Analysis & Odds Management: Analyze and monitor betting activity and adjust odds when necessary - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Cooperate with Senior Traders and the Risk Management and Pre-Match teams to ensure effective trading operations and risk control - Sports & Market Monitoring: Monitor sporting events and stay up to date with relevant industry developments and market trends - Customized Betting Solutions: Propose tailored betting types and solutions for regional partners based on their specific business needs and requirements - Partner Support: Provide support to regional partners on matters related to the platform, betting products, and trading operations - General Duties: Perform additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor that fall within the scope of the position and comply with applicable labor legislation

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field (preferred) - 0–2 years of experience in sports betting, trading, or a related analytical role. Previous experience in the trading field will be considered an advantage - General Sports Knowledge: Good overall understanding of sports and sporting events - Mathematical & Analytical Skills: Strong numerical, mathematical, and analytical abilities - Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Comfortable working efficiently under time pressure and in a dynamic environment - Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail - Learning Agility & Adaptability: Willingness to learn, develop quickly, and adapt effectively in a dynamic work environment - Shift Work Availability: Willingness to work in shifts, including evening hours and weekends - Basic principles of trading - Odds adjustment - Data analysis
