Finance Manager

- Lead financial reporting and accounting activities across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with IFRS, local regulations, and Group policies - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and coordinate external audits - Manage budgeting, forecasting, P&L performance, and variance analysis - Ensure full tax compliance and effective financial risk management - Oversee treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and liquidity management - Maintain strong internal controls, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial governance - Lead ERP and treasury system implementations, including Oracle ERP deployment - Partner with business leaders to support strategic planning and operational decision-making - Manage, coach, and develop the finance team - Act as the primary liaison with Head Office Finance teams

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred - 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and financial reporting, including team leadership - Strong knowledge of IFRS, Armenian tax legislation, and statutory reporting requirements - Experience managing audits, budgets, treasury operations, and financial controls - Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP or similar systems; ERP implementation experience is highly desirable - Advanced Excel and analytical skills - Experience with AI tools is an advantage - Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills - Fluency in Armenian and English; Russian is a plus
