- Design, configure, and maintain the local studio network (switches, routing, VLANs) - Manage internet connectivity, redundancy, and failover - Support on-prem servers and studio infrastructure - Maintain workstations, PCs, laptops, and peripheral devices - Support technical onboarding of new employees, including workstation setup and system access - Manage user accounts, permissions, and VPN connectivity - Administer corporate productivity platforms (Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace), including user setup and access management - Support CCTV systems as part of studio security infrastructure - Monitor infrastructure health and respond to incidents - Perform backup and recovery procedures - Troubleshoot connectivity, network, and access-related issues - Coordinate with internet providers and external IT vendors - Maintain basic infrastructure documentation and network schemes

- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration - Hands-on experience with on-prem networks and studio or office environments - Experience working in 24/7 operational environments is a strong advantage - Solid networking fundamentals (switches, VLANs, routing) - Experience with internet connectivity and redundancy setups - Windows and/or Linux server administration - VPN and access management - Administration of Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace - Understanding of CCTV systems - Monitoring and incident response experience
