Specialist, POS Technical Support Divison

- Provide operational support and monitoring of VPOS (Virtual POS) system - Investigate and resolve issues related to VPOS transactions - Analyze rejected/failed transactions - Accept and coordinate requests from clients and internal teams - Collaborate with technical, card and external partner teams - Escalate and monitor system issues until complete resolution - Participate in new VPOS integration and testing - Review and analyze system logs

- University degree (preferably in IT, Economics or other related fields) - Work experience with POS/VPOS or payment systems will be a plus - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills - Strong sense of responsibility and team-player skills - Fluency in English and Russian
