- Revenue Strategy: Design and oversee growth strategies across Armenia and international markets - Cross-Functional Leadership: Align sales, marketing, and customer success departments - Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze financial and market data to guide strategic decisions - Revenue Forecasting: Develop accurate forecasting and performance models - Innovation & Growth: Identify and implement new approaches to revenue generation - International Expansion: Drive Stamina’s market entry and growth in CIS and Gulf regions

- At least 5 years of leadership experience - Solid knowledge of international markets and the B2B sector - Strong expertise in financial analysis and strategy - Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English, and Russian - Higher education in Economics (MBA is a plus)
