Training Content Developer

- Design and create compelling training content, including presentations, manuals, video and voiceover scripts, and e-learning modules - Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and engagement - Develop microlearning materials and interactive learning solutions for self-paced and instructor-led formats, such as cheat sheets, short guides and checklists, quizzes, etc - Apply instructional design principles to structure training materials for a diverse range of learners - Ensure that all materials are aligned with adult learning theories and best practices in education - Incorporate multimedia and creative elements to enhance the learning experience - Integrate cutting-edge digital technologies (e.g., virtual reality, augmented reality, gamification tools, Generative AI tools) into e-learning modules to create interactive and engaging learning experiences

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in content creation, instructional design, or curriculum development - Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Articulate Storyline, or similar - Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and in Armenian - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines - Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning technologies will be a plus
