- Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement marketing strategies for Armenia and international markets (Georgia, CIS, Gulf countries) - Team Management: Lead and oversee marketing teams in Armenia and coordinate with country marketing managers in other regions - Campaign Oversight: Plan, execute, and analyze digital, content, event, and product marketing campaigns - Market Research & Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to optimize campaigns - Collaboration with Sales & Operations: Work closely with sales and country managers to ensure campaigns drive lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth - Brand & Product Promotion: Represent Stamina’s portfolio of tools (Pipedrive CRM, Apollo.io, Make, Cloudtalk, Krisp, Dexatel, Webflow, etc.) and position them as solutions for local and international SMEs - Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, measure ROI of marketing campaigns, and report results to executive leadership

- At least 5 years of experience in marketing leadership, preferably in B2B or international markets - Higher education in marketing or related fields (MBA is a plus) - Proven experience overseeing multi-country marketing operations - Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, and brand development - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields (MBA is a plus) - Excellent command of English, Armenian, and Russian.
