Environmental Economist / Financing Expert

- Review existing data and reports on Armenia’s ODS/HFC banks and institutional framework - Propose financing mechanisms and business models for sustainable ODS/HFC management - Conduct cost-effectiveness and feasibility analysis of technical options - Integrate economic recommendations with national policy and regulatory environment - Support stakeholder consultations and present findings to government, private sector, and donors - Contribute to the drafting of the final action plan and financing roadmap

- Advanced degree in economics, environmental economics, finance, or related field - At least 4 years of professional experience in environment-related finance, circular economy, or waste management economics - Proven track record of designing business/financing models for environmental or climate-related projects - Experience with donor-funded projects and knowledge of climate finance instruments is an asset - Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills in English
