- Formulate operational plans, policies, and standards that align with the VBET overarching business objectives - Lead Jira projects, emphasizing technical arrangements - Use data and performance metrics to analyze operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement operational strategies for VBET growth - Ensure all day-to-day functions run smoothly and efficiently, addressing any potential issues as they arise - Streamline workflows and improve business processes to boost overall productivity and quality - Establish quality standards, monitor production key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure operations are running comply with company policies - Lead, guide, and mentor a team, conducting performance reviews and implementing training and development programs to maximize employee performance - Foster effective communication and collaboration across all levels and teams of VBET

- Bachelor’s degree (Financial, mathematical, or technical background is preferable) - Work experience in the relevant field, min 2 years - Good knowledge of Armenian (Russian and English languages) - Advanced computer user - Excellent knowledge of Jira (Atlassian) - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Hardworking, initiative and flexible personality - Ability to organize and plan work independently - Planning skills, ability to prioritize tasks - High sense of responsibility - Reporting and analytical skills - A positive attitude towards working within a team and being a team player - Passion, drive and motivation to learn new things
