- Accurately and promptly execute client orders on different trading platforms in line with the principles of best execution (price, time, volume) - Maintain active and ongoing communication with existing and potential clients to understand their investment needs and provide tailored solutions - Provide professional advice regarding brokerage account opening, investment instruments, and market trends - Analyze clients’ investment portfolios and present optimization recommendations - Build long-term and trustworthy relationships with clients, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty - Contribute to the improvement of sales processes by identifying new business opportunities and strategic directions - Continuously monitor and analyze local and international financial market developments to support informed decision-making - Ensure proper documentation management in compliance with regulatory requirements and the company’s internal procedures - Collaborate effectively with internal departments, partner organizations, and financial institutions

- Higher education in economics, finance, or a related field - At least 1 year of professional experience in brokerage, investment advisory, or financial product sales - Proficiency in English and Russian (both written and spoken) - Client-oriented mindset with strong business relationship management skills - Well-developed analytical and technical capabilities - Ability to respond quickly, pay close attention to detail, and demonstrate flexibility - Confident decision-making skills and stress resilience - Excellent teamwork abilities, professionalism, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility - Effective time management and sound judgment in decision-making
