- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences. - Assist the marketing team in executing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives. - Manage and coordinate events, ensuring seamless execution and a positive attendee experience. - Develop and deliver impactful presentations for internal and external stakeholders - Initiate and negotiate agreements with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and cost efficiencies - Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and other teams to achieve marketing goals - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field - Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques - Excellent communication skills in Russian and English, both written and verbal - Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing data - Experience in event management and coordination - Ability to create compelling presentations - Negotiation skills with the ability to establish agreements with suppliers
