Responsibilities
- Entering and maintaining data on transactions, clients, and accounts in internal operational systems - Preparing contracts, account statements, references, and other documents in line with internal requirements and client needs - Monitoring account statuses with custodian brokers, clearing entities, and investment platforms - Preparing reports required by legislation and internal regulations, including those submitted to the Central Bank of Armenia - Organizing the client onboarding process, including collection, verification, and transfer of documents to the Compliance Department - Ensuring accurate registration and regular updates of client data in the company’s electronic systems - Collaborating with different company departments to ensure smooth and efficient process management
Required Qualifications
- Higher education in economics, finance, business administration, or a related field - At least 1 year of experience in the financial, investment, or banking sector - Knowledge of Armenian financial and investment legislation - Good command of English and Russian (both written and spoken) - Strong computer skills, including MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of investment platforms (e.g., Refinitiv) will be considered an advantage
