- Oversee all stages of product development for Live Casino features and games, from ideation to retirement, ensuring timely and successful delivery of releases - Develop and execute data-driven product strategies for the Live Casino vertical, aligning product goals with overall business objectives in collaboration with senior product managers - Conduct competitive analysis, customer research, and market assessment to shape roadmap priorities—particularly in the fast-evolving Live Casino market - Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and sales teams to ensure effective execution of product plans - Provide technical insights during architectural discussions, support engineers during implementation, and understand system integrations to facilitate smooth feature rollouts - Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and executives on progress, issues, and market impact - Support go-to-market planning, positioning, and communication in collaboration with marketing and sales - Contribute to the development of promotional strategies, launch materials, and product documentation - Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and inform decision-making - Recommend improvements to product lines based on user feedback, market research, and business performance - Prepare forecasts and performance reports for internal teams and senior leadership

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in product management within the iGaming, online gaming, betting, or related industries - Proven experience managing products involving real-time interactions, live streaming, or dealer-based gameplay—preferably in Live Casino environments - Experience conducting market research, competitor benchmarking, and player behavior analysis, specifically in the context of Live Casino trends and user expectations - Strong experience collaborating with engineering teams, understanding technical architectures, APIs, and data-driven decision-making processes - Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, analytics platforms) - Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally - Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data-informed decision making - Background in SaaS or digital platform development is a plus
