- Conduct in-depth market research in sports, including trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies - Analyze industry data, user demographics, and engagement patterns to identify strategic opportunities - Develop and maintain research documents outlining AI-driven recommendations for product development and prioritization - Define the product vision, aligning with business objectives and market demands - Develop AI-powered product strategies with clear goals, timelines, and success metrics - Ensure all product initiatives align with sports industry demands, fan engagement trends, and technological advancements - Oversee the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment - Work closely with engineers, data scientists, sports analysts, and UX teams to enhance product capabilities - Communicate updates on AI-driven enhancements and sports-tech innovations to partners and stakeholders - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Tech, and Finance teams to maximize product adoption and monetization strategies - Track and analyze user engagement, and financial KPIs to ensure business impact - Utilize data-driven insights to refine AI-powered features, enhancing efficiency and user experience - Provide recurring reports on business and product performance, identifying areas for continuous improvement

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field with a strategic or analytical component preferred - 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in AI-driven platforms or sports technology - Strong understanding of AI applications in sports, including data analytics, predictive modeling, and fan engagement - Proven track record of developing and executing AI-powered product strategies - Experience working in Agile environments, driving product innovation - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach
