Product & Project Manager (Mid-Senior)

- Support the definition of product vision and roadmap, aligned with overall business goals - Gather and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback - Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize features - Maintain and groom product backlogs, ensuring clarity and alignment with development teams - Assist in creating business cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and go-to-market materials - Participate in product testing, user feedback sessions, and post-release analyses - Participate in standups, iteration planning sessions, product demos, and retrospectives - Foster collaboration with team members (engineering, user experience designers, etc.) to drive value and collectively identify and resolve impediments

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or similar roles, preferably in technology, SaaS, or digital services - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.) - Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders - Ability to manage multiple projects or products simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - Extensive usage of AI tools in every aspect of daily operations
