Responsibilities
- Lead strategic business development initiatives to drive growth in the iGaming, sports betting, and gambling sectors (platforms, casino systems, sportsbooks, affiliate models, etc.)
- Leverage an established and influential network across the iGaming and sports betting industries to secure key partnerships and open new markets
- Provide senior-level insight and advisory on competitive positioning and business expansion strategies
- Represent the company at high-profile expos, summits, and industry conferences, ensuring strategic visibility and networking with top-tier partners
- Guide the preparation of complex commercial proposals, partnership models, and contracts
- Analyze market trends and regulatory updates and contribute to shaping the company's go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders in product, marketing, legal, and tech teams to ensure seamless delivery of partner requirements
- Mentor team members and support knowledge-sharing across the business development function
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or partner management roles, with at least 4years in iGaming/gambling/sports industry, ideally at a senior or regional level
- Proven track record of closing large-scale partnership or platform deals
- Deep knowledge of iGaming platforms, casino solutions, betting systems, and affiliate ecosystems
- Ability to assess market potential and recommend strategic expansions or product alignments
- Familiarity with licensing and compliance structures across regulated markets
- Advanced CRM, pipeline management, and business intelligence tools proficiency
- Fluent in English and Russian (mandatory); knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strategic negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a global mindset
- High-level strategic thinking with execution capabilities
- Ability to influence, persuade, and build long-term trust-based relationships
- Independent decision-maker, proactive and highly accountable
- Willingness to travel internationally for key meetings and conferences
