Deputy Head of Live Scouting

- Assist the Head of Live Scouting to plan and execute live scouting activities according to the organization's objectives and priorities - Assist in recruiting, training, and managing a team of scouts responsible for gathering data and insights from live events - Provide support to ensure the team operates efficiently and effectively - Assist the Head of Live Scouting to identify key events for scouting, develop scouting strategies, and allocate resources appropriately - Oversee the collection of real-time data and information from live events, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timeliness. Analysis and Reporting: Support the analysis of live scouting data to extract valuable insights and trends. Assist in preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings to relevant stakeholders - Stay updated on advancements in scouting technology and tools. Explore opportunities to enhance live scouting capabilities through the integration of new technologies and methodologies - Foster collaboration with other departments or teams within the organization - Identify potential risks or challenges associated with live scouting operations and develop mitigation strategies to address them - Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree - Experience in a leadership or managerial role is required. Previous experience in scouting, sports analytics or a related field is preferred - Proficiency in Armenian and English (both written and spoken) is required. Additional language skills are a plus - Strong understanding of live scouting methodologies, data collection techniques, and analysis tools. Familiarity with relevant technologies and platforms is desirable - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for coordinating with team members, stakeholders, and external partners - Proficiency in analyzing data and deriving actionable insights. Ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements. Ability to thrive in dynamic and unpredictable live event environments - Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and reliability of scouting data and reports - Proactive approach to identifying challenges and finding creative solutions to overcome them - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
