- Develop internal legal acts and regulatory documents to ensure compliance and integrity, aligned with both international best practices and domestic legislation - Organize, coordinate, and summarize the employee declaration process within the Central Bank’s integrity system - Prepare practical guidelines and manuals for employees on compliance-related matters - Provide legal and procedural advice to employees regarding compliance requirements - Participate in disciplinary proceedings related to integrity issues - Review and assess the alignment of internal regulations and procedures with integrity standards, and propose revisions when necessary - Conduct regular compliance inspections and assessments, and document findings in detailed reports - Evaluate the level of employee awareness of compliance obligations and contribute to training activities - Monitor trends and developments in the field of compliance, and recommend updates to internal legal regulations as needed

- Higher legal education - At least 2 years of work experience in the financial sector or 4 years of professional experience - Knowledge of international standards, legal and contractual documents in the field of compliance - In-depth knowledge of the RA legislation and CBA regulations in the field of ethics - In-depth knowledge of the RA legislation on combating money laundering and terrorist financing - In-depth knowledge of legal acts and laws regulating the activities of the Central Bank - Knowledge of compliance risk management - Knowledge of banking - Knowledge of the Civil Code - Knowledge of the basics of administration - Fluent Armenian, excellent knowledge of Russian, English
