Responsibilities
- Check credit loan files to ensure approval condition loans and needed documentation are in place
-Maintain credit files and safe keep original documentation of all borrower and control their adequacy and timely renewal
- Handle the archiving of contracts and securities related to closed credit files
- Check daily reconciliation reports and follow up on discrepancies if any
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory and MIS reports
- Assist in the preparation, distribution and review of control reports
.- Ensure registration of collateral complied with regulatory and bank’s policy, safely keep all legal documents
- Assist in the preparation of consents/references
- Input risk categories and loan loss provisioning rates for all loans on the bank system
- Issue credit notes related to approved credit files
- Input insurance policies in the system
- Other duties related to Credit Administration Unit
Required Qualifications
- BS / BA or equivalent in Business Administration or Economics
- Minimum 2 years of banking experience
- Good knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good knowledge of AS-Bank
- Ability to produce work effectively & efficiently
- Time management skills
- Ability to multi-tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize the tasks
- Ability to work co-operatively and productively with other members of the team in order to achieve common goals
