- anslate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma - Design user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall experience of the platforms - Identify opportunities for product improvements and propose innovative feature designs - Stay ahead of UI/UX trends and industry best practices to ensure a modern, competitive platform - Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives - Ensure design consistency and scalability across all products and touchpoints - Advocate for the user and present design concepts to cross-functional teams and senior leadership

- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment - Strong expertise in Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping, design systems) - A well-rounded portfolio showcasing work in user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing - Solid understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and accessibility best practices - Ability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions - Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design ideas effectively - Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams with product managers and engineers - A mindset of continuous improvement—always looking for ways to refine and optimize the product experience - Passion for problem-solving, innovation, and building impactful user experiences in a fast-paced environment
