Fund Accountant (NAV)

- Prepare and verify NAV, NAV per unit, and subscription and redemption price calculations in accordance with each fund’s valuation schedule, governing documents, and applicable Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) requirements - Perform portfolio valuations, record fund transactions, and calculate and accrue management fees and other fund expenses - Reconcile cash balances and portfolio positions with custodian records, and units outstanding with the unitholder register - Prepare regulatory reports for submission to the CBA - Investigate valuation and reconciliation discrepancies, identify NAV errors, and coordinate their resolution - Support the preparation of annual financial statements and work closely with the fund manager and external auditors

- A relevant CBA qualification certificate, or the ability to meet the qualification requirements applicable to the position - Strong knowledge of IFRS, particularly fair value measurement and financial instruments - Sound understanding of Armenian investment fund legislation and CBA requirements relating to fund valuation, NAV calculation, and reporting - Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities - Professional proficiency in Armenian and English - High attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to meet reporting deadlines
