- Development of visual concepts and design solutions. Developing visual concepts, key visuals and graphic solutions for marketing campaigns, brand initiatives and communication projects, aligned with the Bank’s brand identity and tailored to the specifics of our target audience - Implementation of complex and multi-format design projects. Designing and implementing visual materials across digital and print platforms, social media, web and mobile platforms, advertising campaigns and events - Visualization and development of creative ideas. Visualizing creative ideas in collaboration with the stakeholder departments and recommending design approaches and concepts for their development - Design adaptation and development of visual systems. Tailoring design solutions for diverse platforms to fit different sizes and technical requirements, by maintaining visual integrity and creating unified visual principles. - Sticking to brand and design standards. Maintaining and monitoring the Bank’s brand identity, Brand Guidelines and design guidelines across all the developed materials - Design quality control and mentoring. Evaluating the quality of design materials, fixing the errors, and providing professional feedback and recommendations to other designers within the team - Gaining insights into innovative solutions and trends. Exploring and applying modern graphic and digital design trends, new tools and technologies to keep pace with the emerging design solutions

- University degree (in design, art or related domain) - At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in graphic or digital design - Proficiency in Basic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) - Deep understanding of branding, UI/UX and typography requirements - Team player and time management skills, ability to meet tough deadlines - Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
