- Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring authorized entry only - Conduct regular patrols of the building, parking areas, and perimeter - Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or irregular activities - Maintain accurate records in the security logbook (visitors, incidents, patrols) - Assist with emergency procedures, evacuation, or first-aid situations if required - Report maintenance or safety issues to the Manage - Support logistics operations, including deliveries, document transfers, and vehicle movements when requested - Drive company vehicles responsibly when needed - Ensure smooth coordination with staff, contractors, and service providers

- Mandatory: Valid driving license (Category B) and ability to operate company vehicles safely - Physically fit, alert, and able to perform patrol and response duties effectively - Previous experience in facility security, protection, or logistics preferred - Dynamic, proactive personality able to handle multitasking between security and light logistics - Knowledge of surveillance, access control, and emergency procedures - Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and discipline - Communication and reporting skills - Knowledge of Armenian - Basic conversational English skills
