Compliance Officer

- Identification, assessment, management of risks, related to general legal and supervisory requirements and ensuring their compliance with the bank’s activity; and ensuring appropriate circulation - Assessment of impact of possible changes of legal system on the bank’s activity and its related risks - Ensuring existence of proper policy, processes and oversight mechanisms in the main areas of legal, supervisory and ethical responsibilities, and implementation of proper monitoring - Identification of shortcomings and violations, concerning compliance of the bank’s activity, and, if necessary, undertaking of preventive measures - Ensuring the circulation of information on all new legislative acts and their implementation by technical means in the manner prescribed by the bank - Preparing responses to letters received from the CB of Armenia, developing an action plan if necessary and/or describing the steps taken by the bank - Ensuring FATCA process management and related compliance procedures at the bank - Other duties and responsibilities

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent - More than 2 years of relevant banking experience or auditing experience - International certificate in Compliance (ICA or equivalent) - Ability to respond quickly and take immediate actions - Ability to communicate, listen, interpret, comprehend communication from others & respond appropriately - Ability to effectively organize & prioritize the information that contribute to success of the result - Ability to identify risk involved in ongoing operations then provide necessary coaching to team members
