- Development and implementation of scoring and other systems used for bank lending, their continuous improvement and monitoring - Development, implementation, testing, and control of models and other tools for identifying, assessing, and managing bank-specific risks - Design and development of macroeconomic, microprudential, and other stress testing models and analytical frameworks tailored to the bank's specific risk profile - Management of data quality used in risk management models, tools, and reporting, ensuring data availability, accuracy, integrity, and continuity - Drafting and revising internal regulatory documents and reporting templates related to risk management models - Initiation, coordination, and supervision of projects and changes under the department’s area of responsibility - Preparation and submission of periodic reports on the department's functional areas to the Director of the Risk Department, the Head of Financial Risk Management Service, and the Bank’s executive bodies - Conducting internal seminars and training sessions, as well as experience-sharing activities related to the field, when necessary - Performing other functions as defined by the Bank’s internal regulations or as assigned by the immediate supervisor

- Higher education in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Physical-Mathematical Modeling fields - Over 5 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in a managerial position - Deep quantitative and analytical knowledge, including strong expertise in Machine Learning (ML), as well as excellent command of econometric and other mathematical modeling techniques - Proficiency in working with data-related software and tools (Python; alternatively: SQL, SAP, Stata, Matlab, R, or other analytical toolkits) - Experience in stress-testing model development - Foreign language proficiency – excellent command of English - Computer literacy – confident user of MS Office tools - Knowledge of economic regulations and financial indicator standards (optional) - Understanding of macroeconomics - Understanding of microeconomics (optional)
