Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing roles (e.g., SMM specialists, content creators, PPC)
- Source, screen, and recruit production and factory workers
- Utilize a wide range of recruitment tools and channels (job boards, social media, internal referrals, etc.)
- Build, maintain, and update candidate databases and talent pools
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and candidate assessments
- Collaborate with department heads to understand current and future hiring needs
- Monitor and apply the latest trends in recruitment
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting both digital marketing professionals and manufacturing staff
- At least 2 year of hands-on experience in recruitment or HR
- Strong knowledge and use of various sourcing strategies and platforms
- Experience in building and managing candidate databases (e.g., Excel, ATS systems, CRM tools)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
