- Develop mathematical models for slot, crash, arcade, and other game types - Design paytables, RTP structures, volatility profiles, and feature probabilities - Work with Product Managers and Designers to align math models with game concepts and mechanics - Simulate and test math models to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations - Optimize models to balance player engagement, profitability, and responsible gaming practices - Provide detailed documentation for internal teams and external certification bodies - Collaborate with QA and Dev teams to validate implementation accuracy - Research and benchmark industry trends to bring innovative math-driven ideas into production.

- Proven experience as a Game Mathematician / Design Mathematician in iGaming - Strong knowledge of probability, statistics, combinatorics, and applied mathematics - Experience in designing slot math models and RTP simulations - Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Python, R, or other statistical software - Ability to translate creative game ideas into robust and fair mathematical models - Understanding of iGaming regulations and certification requirements - Strong communication skills to work across creative and technical teams - Attention to detail and analytical mindset
