- Identifying new potential clients - Making outbound calls - Conducting individual meetings with private clients - Retaining existing clients by renewing contracts and selling new products - Executing cross-selling - Preparing and delivering presentations on insurance products - Managing and presenting reports on the work completed as required by the company - Following the current instructions given by the management

- At least 1 year of work experience - Communication and negotiation skills - Excellent knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages, and proficiency in English - Stress resilience and interpersonal relationship management skills - Sales skills - Proficiency in MS Office - Ability to work effectively in a team
