Quality Management System (QMS) Manager

- Develop, document, implement, and maintain the QMS in line with ISO 9001:2015 requirements - Ensure alignment of QMS with other relevant international standards as applicable - Maintain controlled documentation (policies, procedures, work instructions, and records) - Plan, execute, and report on internal audits and coordinate with external auditors for certifications - Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and monitor timely closure of nonconformities - Support management reviews and provide performance metrics demonstrating compliance with ISO 9001 and other standards - Provide training and awareness programs on quality requirements and standard compliance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Assembly, Procurement, Engineering, QA) to ensure all processes align with QMS requirements - Drive a culture of continual improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization

- Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or Business Management (Master’s preferred) - Minimum 3 years of experience managing Quality Management Systems in MANUFACTURING - Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements - Required candidate level
