Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Partner, including calendar management, scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence - Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication - Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials - Coordinate and manage meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up on action items - Support business initiatives by conducting research, compiling data, and drafting communications - Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism - Anticipate needs and proactively address operational and administrative matters before they arise - Liaise with departments and teams to ensure smooth workflow and alignment with the Managing Partner’s priorities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred) - Proven experience (2+ years) as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role supporting C-level executives - Fluent in English and Russian, both written and spoken is a must - Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.) - Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality - Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills - Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
