Responsibilities
The 1st objective is to create high-quality visual content for brand and marketing channels. Typical tasks include: Designing branded materials, banners, and graphics for social media and paid ad campaigns Developing and adapting visuals for website content, pitch decks, and digital assets Creating animated assets, reels, and short-form videos using After Effects or Premiere Pro The 2nd objective is to ensure consistency and creative alignment with brand strategy. Typical tasks include: Managing the visual identity across client and internal campaigns Working closely with the marketing, strategy, and product teams to deliver consistent storytelling Leading design critiques and reviews to ensure top-tier quality The 3rd objective is to innovate using AI tools and stay current with tech trends. Typical tasks include: Exploring Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, and similar AI design tools to boost speed and creativity Proposing and testing visual formats aligned with performance metrics Integrating automation and smart design systems into the creative process The 4th objective is to contribute to high-stakes projects and campaign launches. Typical tasks include: Participating in cross-functional sprint sessions and ideation meetings Producing assets under tight timelines for major product or marketing launches Supporting rapid iteration cycles with organized design file management and templates The 5th objective is to collaborate actively with an international, high-performing team. Typical tasks include: Sharing feedback, visual references, and inspiration across the creative team Aligning timelines and deliverables across teams in different time zones Occasionally supporting after-hours creative pushes for priority campaigns
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally with digital agencies or marketing teams - Solid portfolio across digital, branding, and motion/video design - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) - Experience using Figma for digital layouts and collaboration - Strong visual and conceptual storytelling skills across formats and devices - Intermediate video editing ability (not film-level, but good enough for reels, transitions, story-driven edits) - Familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, and Firefly is a strong plus - Fluent in written English; good verbal communication required (accent is okay) - Extra points for experience in web design or UI/UX, software/digital product environments
