Rental Department Specialist (R1-R2 Model, MLS System)

- Sign exclusive right agreements with property owners - Collect and analyze property data, determine market pricing - Properly list properties in the MLS system and internal databases - Maintain ongoing communication and provide regular reports to owners - Collaborate with Realtor 2 to ensure successful deal completion - Identify tenant needs and match them with appropriate properties - Organize and conduct property showings - Lead negotiations and sign rental agreements - Handle necessary documentation and formalities - Maintain ongoing client communication and build long-term relationships - Actively collaborate with Realtor 1 to ensure efficient and timely deal closure

- Sales and negotiation skills - High-level customer service - Knowledge of the real estate market - Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively - Excellent communication skills - Responsibility and strong organizational skills - Stress resilience - Familiarity with CRM and MLS systems - Experience using MS Office or Google Workspace (Excel, Docs)
