Responsibilities
- Manage the CBO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements - Serve as the point of contact between the CBO and other departments or external partners - Prepare reports and maintain important documents and files - Assist with marketing projects and campaigns as directed by the CBO
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 2 years of experience in an administrative or support role within a marketing environment - Fluent in English and Russian, both written and spoken is a must - Experience in igaming, sports betting, or casino operations is a must - Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel - Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external partners
