- As the Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our influencer-driven campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and impact. Your primary objectives will be - Developing and executing effective influencer marketing strategies - Identifying and building strong relationships with relevant influencers - Managing and optimizing influencer collaboration processes - Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies for TCF campaigns to align with business and campaign goals - Collaborate with internal teams to identify creative and targeting opportunities and pitch ideas to influencers - Keep the team informed on influencer trends, including rising stars, emerging best practices, and platform innovations - Research, identify, and establish connections with prominent international influencers and thought leaders relevant to our campaigns - Stay up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and influencer activities across platforms - Maintain ongoing communication and serve as the main point of contact for influencers, addressing any queries and ensuring positive relationships - Create and deliver clear influencer briefs, messaging guidelines, and pitch materials - Negotiate the terms of collaboration to ensure mutually beneficial agreements - Oversee execution to ensure alignment with campaign expectations and timelines

- At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, public relations, communications, or related roles - Proven hands-on experience in planning and executing influencer campaigns, including long-term strategic initiatives - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Strong relationship-building skills with a natural ability - Exceptional research and outreach capabilities - Confident and skilled in negotiation, with a track record of securing impactful collaborations - Energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive mindset with a strong drive for results - Self-starter who takes initiative while respecting and valuing diverse perspectives and team input
