Responsibilities
- Available to register, process, and greet customers promptly
- Check the daily arrival list
- Welcome customers to the hotel
- Respond to customer requests for information about the hotel and its surroundings
- Arrange for special services requested by the customer
- Ensure that own cash is secure at all times
- Ensure all discrepancies in own cash are declared to he Manager
- Ensure that guest details are not disclosed
- Maintain high confidentiality in regard to guest privacy
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of English and Russian
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Customer service attitude
- Multitasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Flexible work schedule including night shifts
