HR Business Partner

- Partner with business leaders to provide HR solutions that align with organizational goals and enhance business performance - Help implement HR strategies in areas such as workforce planning, leadership development, and employee engagement - Implement effective onboarding and training programs to enhance employee skills and retention - Identify and develop high-potential employees for succession planning and career growth - Provide coaching and counseling to managers and employees on a range of employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance concerns - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, helping to mediate any disputes or concerns - Foster a positive working environment and promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and fairness - Support the performance review process and assist in identifying areas for employee development - Provide guidance on addressing performance gaps and creating action plans for improvement - Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to management to enhance decision-making and performance - Provide guidance on the impact of changes on employee morale, performance, and productivity

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus - 3-5 years of experience in human resources, including experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development - In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise at all levels of the organization - Ability to handle complex HR issues and conflicts with professionalism and discretion - Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to foster collaboration across departments - A proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset - Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution
