Senior Business Analyst/ Open Banking

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and product requirements for banking solutions - Refactor and streamline existing business processes for critical banking operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with customer-centric strategies - Define and map end-to-end business workflows across core banking products, services, and operational processes - Evaluate and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement for key banking services - Lead the end-to-end implementation and enhancement of banking platforms, ensuring seamless integration with banking systems and compliance with industry regulations - Conduct gap analysis to identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend solutions tailored to banking workflows - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes, functional requirements, and system workflows to ensure clarity and traceability. - Proven experience working within software development teams or as a business analyst for IT projects, demonstrating effective collaboration skills - Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure and accurate data migration and system integration for banking product modules - Provide training and support to end-users to maximize adoption and streamline business processes for core banking services - General understanding of technology concepts, data structures, and integration methods to ensure seamless implementation of no-code solutions - Monitor product`s performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders, focusing on improving service delivery

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or technical field - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the FinTech sector - Strong analytical, problem-solving, product development and communication skills - Familiarity with banking products, processes, and compliance requirements - Ability to model business processes accurately and efficiently - Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Miro etc) - Excellent communication skills - Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban etc.) is a plus - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Good working knowledge of English and Russian
