Sales Development Manager

- Proactively identify, approach and develop new B2B clients and sales opportunities - Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and initial contact through meetings, proposals, negotiation and deal closure - Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospective clients - Conduct client meetings, presentations and product introductions - Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and commercial solutions - Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and sales offers - Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and agreements with clients - Manage the procurement process from supplier selection through purchase order placement and order confirmation - Coordinate procurement documentation, invoices, payment requirements and supplier communication - Track sales activities, opportunities and conversion rates - Conduct market research to identify potential clients, projects and sectors for business development - Monitor competitor activity and identify new commercial opportunities - Support the development and implementation of sales strategies aimed at increasing revenue and market share

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade or a related field - Proven experience in B2B sales, business development or account management - Strong ability to generate leads, approach new clients and develop business relationships - Strong commercial mindset and understanding of sales targets - Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-management skills - Proactive, persistent and results-oriented approach - Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities and maintain disciplined follow-up - Proficiency in MS Office - Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
