- Financial policy formulation, financial stability assurance, capital budgeting, and forecasting - Financial flows and asset-liability management - Expense control, ensuring effective pricing policies - Coordination of financial reporting and analysis - Tax process management, internal control - Dealing and financial operations management - Long-term financial planning aligned with strategy and business - International capital raising, management of negotiations and relations with investors and shareholders - Management of relations with international financial/investment organizations - Ensuring compliance of the Bank's capital and liquidity with Central Bank of Armenia regulations

- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields - At least 8-10 years of experience in banking, investment, insurance, auditing, or consulting sectors (e.g., Big Four firms) or international financial institutions, including 5 years in a managerial position - Experience in financial process automation or optimization
