Responsibilities
- Maintain the agenda for development of strategic brand approaches by organizing relevant discussions with all stakeholders
- Ensure unified/coherent brand promotion across all platforms and branches
- Oversee alignment of all campaigns, promotions, events, activities and communications implemented by the Bank with the developed brand strategy and brand promise
- Identify different directions for raising brand presentation and brand loyalty through brand awareness, based on the relevant target groups
- Develop and monitor the strategy of brand and image campaigns and partnerships
- Clearly define the goals, target audience and messages of campaigns
- Monitor the work of creative agencies and designers
- Ensure preparation of branded materials and corporate gifts of Ameria group of companies and targeted distribution thereof
- Analyze campaign effectiveness (KPIs, ROI)
- Define the strategic role of events in terms of brand building, as well as ensure continuity and efficiency of the event selection and management process with various product teams of the company
- Manage planning, implementation and evaluation of events. Organize themed events, BTLs for the Bank’s clients, partners, and target segments
- Collaborate with organizational teams, partners and vendors
- Oversee the entire process of event budgeting, content-writing and impact of the events to achieve the best results
Required Qualifications
- University degree
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience in brand building and management
- Excellent command of Armenian, English and Russian
- Knowledge of economics, especially banking, will be a plus
- Organizational and communication skills
- Team player
- Courteous manners, commitment to work, and high sense of responsibility
