- Provide booking and reservation services to customers/Agent network/corporate clients - Ensure proper implementation of sales campaigns - Work closely with customers throughout the sales process

- University Degree - at least 5 years of relevant working experience - Highly motivated, with excellent knowledge of the ticketing process and international routes - Knowledge of Amadeus system is a must - Proficiency in MS Office - Excellent communication skills; Fluency in English and Russian (verbal and written) - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to work under presure
