Waiter (Breakfast & Lunch Shift)

- Breakfast/Lunch Preparation - Set up the restaurant/buffet area and ensure it is fully prepared before guests arrive - Guest Service - Welcome guests with a smile and courtesy, take orders, and serve breakfast and lunch in accordance with service standards - Table Service and Cleanliness - Maintain table cleanliness, promptly clear used dishes, and reset tables for incoming guests - Coordination with the Kitchen and Bar - Maintain fast and seamless communication with the kitchen to ensure orders are prepared and served correctly and on time - Compliance with Standards - Maintain personal hygiene, comply with appearance and dress-code standards, and ensure the required level of service quality

- Previous experience in the hospitality/service industry (experience with hotel breakfasts or in a restaurant environment is an advantage) - Conversational knowledge of foreign languages (Russian and English) for comfortable communication with guests - High level of responsibility, punctuality, and energy during morning hours - Clear and pleasant speech and excellent communication skills - Ability to work in a team and remain calm under pressure
