- End-to-end development of the product line from scratch: recipes, taste standards - Creation of technical cards (specifications) - Development of calculation cards and product costing - Formulation and standardization of manufacturing processes - Production management from raw materials to finished, packaged products

- Relevant work experience in semi-finished food production or food manufacturing - Strong knowledge of preparing technical cards (specifications) and calculation cards - Experience in recipe development and product costing - Skills in organizing and standardizing manufacturing processes - High level of responsibility regarding food quality and safety/production standards - Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and strong attention to detail - Readiness to build a new production branch from scratch and take full ownership/accountability
