Senior QA Engineer (Manual Testing)

- Analyze business and functional requirements to identify testable conditions - Create comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on requirements - Execute functional, integration, regression testing - Identify, document, prioritize, and verify software defects - Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle - Ensure complete test coverage and maintain high documentation standards - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when required

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field - Strong ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into detailed test scenarios and test cases - Solid understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and defect management processes - Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar test and issue management tools - Experience with SQL and API testing (Postman or similar tools) - Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams - Experience with test automation tools is considered a strong advantage
