- Learn how to identify and communicate with potential international clients on Upwork and other freelance platforms. - Support the team in building and maintaining positive client relationships - Gain an understanding of client needs and how suitable technology solutions are proposed - Assist in preparing proposals and learn the basics of negotiation and sales communication - Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to learn about outreach and lead generation strategies - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop your sales and communication skills

- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field - Experience with Upwork or other freelance platforms is a plus, but not required - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Armenian (Russian is a plus) - Strong natural negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills
