Account Manager

- Manage and develop relationships with key international clients - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts - Understand client goals, challenges, and business priorities - Develop account plans and identify growth opportunities - Coordinate with marketing, creative, media, and operations teams - Manage multiple accounts, projects, deadlines, and priorities - Monitor campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights - Prepare and present client reports, updates, and recommendations - Handle client questions, concerns, and escalations - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities - Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard

- 3–5+ years of experience in Account Management within a marketing, advertising, digital, or performance marketing agency - Proven experience working with international clients - Strong understanding of marketing and advertising concepts - Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts - Fluent English, both written and spoken - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent organization and project management skills - Ability to manage multiple accounts independently - Experience with CRM and project management tools - Strong ownership mentality and attention to detail
