- Study international banking regulatory and supervisory standards and their developments, and provide recommendations for improving the regulatory policy framework of the Armenian banking system - Assess the current state of the banking sector, identify potential risks, and evaluate the effectiveness of existing regulatory policies - Develop new regulatory policies or enhance existing ones in line with international best practices to ensure the stability and resilience of the banking system - Provide professional guidance and clarifications to banks and other stakeholders regarding the implementation of regulatory legal acts - Represent the banking regulatory framework of the Republic of Armenia in cooperation with public and private institutions, foreign regulatory authorities, and international organizations (e.g., BSCEE, IMF, World Bank) - Review documents submitted by the Government of the Republic of Armenia and other public authorities, preparing professional opinions and recommendations - Review analytical, research, and regulatory materials prepared by the department and other divisions of the Central Bank, provide expert opinions, and perform other duties arising from the department's activities

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field - Previous experience in the financial sector is preferred - Strong knowledge of banking legislation and the regulatory framework - Knowledge of risk management principles and methodologies - Strong financial analysis and financial data evaluation skills - Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting - Strong analytical thinking, with experience in developing regulatory policies and working with legal and regulatory acts - Excellent written and spoken Armenian, English, and Russian
