Head of Division/Strategy and Management Department/Strategy Management Division

CENTRAL BANK OF ARMENIA

- Ensure the effective execution of the division's functions in accordance with the Department's Charter - Develop, implement, and continuously improve the division's policies, procedures, and operating processes - Plan employees' work priorities, establish KPIs, evaluate performance, and provide regular feedback - Support the recruitment of new team members and provide recommendations for employee training and professional development - Ensure effective communication within the division and with other divisions of the Bank, the Executive Board, and the Board of Directors - Lead change management initiatives, ensuring the division's adaptability to new processes and business models - Promote the Bank's organizational culture and uphold its core values

- Higher education (Bachelor's degree or above) - At least 5 years of relevant professional experience - Practical experience in applying project management principles, methodologies, and tools - Strong knowledge of strategic management, including strategy development, implementation, and monitoring - Practical knowledge of designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating performance management systems (KPIs, OKRs) - Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and approaches for effectively implementing organizational change - Excellent written and spoken Armenian and fluent English; knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage
