Head of Business Development & B2B Sales

- Lead DRON’s B2B sales growth and corporate business development activities - Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients across Armenia - Build and maintain relationships with industrial, infrastructure, construction, energy, utility, telecom, mining, agriculture, public-sector, and engineering clients - Prepare and lead commercial proposals, tenders, pricing, negotiations, presentations - Translate drone technology into clear business value for clients - Coordinate with DRON’s technical, operational, and compliance teams to develop safe, and legally compliant solutions - Manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure - Maintain CRM discipline, sales reporting, pipeline tracking, and follow-up routines - Represent DRON in business meetings, client visits, industry events, and partnership discussions - Achieve agreed revenue, pipeline, client acquisition and business growth targets

- Minimum 3 years of successful experience in B2B sales, business development, corporate sales - Strong negotiation, presentation, proposal-writing, and relationship-building skills - Experience selling technical, industrial, engineering, aviation, construction, GIS, surveying, energy or professional services will be a strong advantage. - Ability to understand client needs and present practical business solutions - Strong commercial mindset with a hands-on approach to execution - Ability to work independently and take ownership of commercial results - Experience with CRM systems, sales pipeline tracking, and performance reporting tools - Fluent Armenian, Russian, and English required - Willingness to travel across Armenia for client meetings, site visits, industry events, and project-related discussions
