- Learn how we design digital and print assets — banners, email templates, advertisements, social media visuals, and website creatives — and begin contributing your own - Develop an understanding of brand consistency and how we maintain and evolve our brand guidelines (fonts, colors, layouts, and visual standards) - Build your skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma through real, hands-on work - Learn and use AI design tools like Ideogram, Figma AI, ChatGPT, Higgsfield, and Nano Banana to create designs faster and more creatively - Stay curious about design trends, tools, and best practices, continuously improving your visual output

- Advanced knowledge of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills - A genuine interest in graphic design and a desire to build a career in the field - A working understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition - Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma, and a willingness to deepen those skills - An interest in AI-assisted design tools and how they're reshaping creative work
